3. Quotes and Payments
Quotes provided through our quote request form are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Where a project is agreed, invoicing and payment are processed through Stripe. Specific payment terms (deposits, milestones, due dates) will be agreed with you directly before work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and code, is the property of Welkx Digital unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables for client projects is governed by the individual project agreement.
